Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter has over 30 years’ experience in finance and risk management, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG), as well as a Swiss Banking School diploma. As a member of the executive board she was responsible for Trading and Sales at Bank Julius Bär & Co. until 2005. Prior to that, she was President of the Swiss Stock Exchange (SWX Group). In the mid-1990s, she was responsible for the development and commissioning of the Electronic Stock Exchange in Switzerland (EBS).
Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter is President of the Board of Directors of the Berner Kantonalbank AG (BEKB).
In addition to her professional activities, Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter is also committed to sustainability as co-founder of the charitable waterkiosk foundation, whose projects enable access to clean drinking water in underdeveloped countries.

Before the founding of Forma Futura, Christian Kobler was a partner with Bernet & Partner, a financial services industry consulting firm, for eleven years. His responsibilities included consulting mandates and projects in the areas of information technology, project management, strategy and operations. During this time he brought several complex large-scale projects with banks to successful completion.
He previously held various technical and management positions with a focus on banking technology at Logica, ISYS, Cap Gemini and IBM, and was on the Board of an international IT services group that he co-founded for more than ten years.
He holds a degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen.

Before assuming her current position at Forma Futura, Doris Hauser was the founder and Managing Director of Eco Project Hauser, a consulting firm in the field of value-oriented leadership and corporate social responsibility.
She previously worked as an ethics analyst with Dr. Höller Wealth Management and Investment Advisory and as a project engineer and project manager in the Department of Product Design, Development and Construction of the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil.
Between 1986 and 2000, she gained broad experience as a development engineer and project manager at various industrial companies, as well as working in the areas of eco-design and educational software development.
Doris Hauser has commercial business training, a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil, a postgraduate study in Environmental Engineering at the University of Vaduz and a MSc in Sustainability & Responsibility from Ashridge Business School (UK).

Prof. Dr. Anton Gunzinger created international excitement in the IT world in the 1990s with his revolutionary supercomputer. He has been honored with various awards and was named by the Times magazine as being among the 100 top leaders of the 21st century. Due to this success, Anton Gunzinger founded Supercomputing Systems AG in 1993 which had as its goal the development and commercialization of supercomputers.
Upon realizing that "supercomputers" cannot generate enough income on the basis of product sales alone, he transformed his company into a service organization. Today, his company, with some 80 experts, develops customized offerings in the areas of high performance computing, sensor systems, embedded computing and specialized databases for an international clientele.
Anton Gunzinger is also a lecturer in the field of computer architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) and is the author of "Kraftwerk Schweiz: Plädoyer für eine Energiewende mit Zukunft" (Power Plant Switzerland: Plea for an Energy Transition with a Future) (Zytglogge Verlag 2015).

Monique Bär is actively involved in the fields of social inclusion, sustainability and leadership. She is the founder and president of the "Arcas Foundation", a trustee of the "Stiftung für Bildungsförderung und Finanzierung" (foundation for education promotion and financing), the Foundation President and co-initiator of the "Foundation for Responsible Leadership" in St. Gallen, as well as the social real estate company "Equimo AG" in Basel, and a member of the board of "SwissFoundations", the umbrella organization of Swiss charitable foundations.
As a partner of the coaching-center gmbh in Zurich, she has worked as a supervisor and coach in business and in the nonprofit sector since the mid-1990s.
Monique Bär holds degrees as a Dipl. Ing. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) and as a supervisor IAP/BSO.

André Utzinger has been part of the Forma Futura team since its start-up phase. He has worked as a financial analyst, a sustainability analyst and as the head of various multi-disciplinary projects during the development of the company.
Prior to joining Forma Futura, André Utzinger was active in academic research and teaching, where he specialized in interdisciplinary studies that included social, political, economic and legal issues. In research projects funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, he worked at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Zurich and at the Department of Public International Law and European Law at the University of Freiburg.
André Utzinger studied philosophy, economics, and economic and social history at the University of Zurich. In addition to his Doctor of Philosophy (University of Zürich), he has obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Finance (University of Zürich and Basel). Parallel to his academic career he also co-founded a publishing house. As a publisher, he was able work with well-known authors including leaders in business, politics and culture.

After working over 15 years in Asset Management, Robert Müller decided to take some time off in 2008. This break was personally enriching and reaffirmed his convictions about the importance of responsible investing. Robert has worked at Forma Futura since early 2009 and became a member of the Executive Board at the end of 2012. He leads the Private Clients/Foundations group and is the portfolio manager for special projects.
Prior to his time off, Robert Müller was a partner and member the executive board at swisspartners group in Zurich for many years; he was responsible for the Portfolio Management, Compliance and Finance departments. Robert Müller began his professional career in stock exchange trading at a private bank in Zurich followed by a similar position at the Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Lausanne. He often traveled to faraway countries during this time. Robert Müller is married and has three children.
Robert Müller holds a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Financial Analyst and Wealth Manager, as well as a diploma as Fund Raising Manager VMI and Foundation Manager VMI from the University of Fribourg. He holds several positions in nonprofit organizations; among other things, he is a chairman of the foundation board of the umbrella foundation corymbo.

Prior to joining Forma Futura, Christian Odermatt worked as a Portfolio Manager at Bank Julius Bär. During his nine year tenure there, he worked in various teams of the Portfolio Management group and acquired a thorough and in-depth knowledge of this field.
During this time he studied part-time at the University of Applied Sciences "HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich" and attained the degree of "Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specialization in Banking & Finance".
Since mid-2013, Christian Odermatt has been the deputy workers' representative in the staff pension committee of Forma Futura’s pension fund.

After completing his studies in Economics (with a focus on Finance), Pietro Scialdone was employed in the mergers and acquisitions area where he worked on cross-border business transactions.
Afterward he moved to the Institute for Swiss Banking at the University of Zurich, where he completed his doctoral dissertation in 2007 and worked in various positions in the teaching and research areas. Later he transferred to the Institute of Financial Services at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where he served as head of the seminar series and deputy director of studies for the Master in Advanced Studies of Corporate Finance.

Gerardo Grasso has many years of experience as a financial analyst, portfolio manager and client advisor and has extensive management experience in operating units and strategic projects.
He now passes on his expertise in the role of a lecturer in Business Administration at BVS Business School Bern.
Gerardo Grasso is a CFA charterholder and received an MBA from the University of Geneva and an Executive MBA from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Corinne Schaffert has worked as the deputy head of client relations at Forma Futura since November, 2013. Prior to that, Corinne Schaffert worked at Veritas Asset Management, a British asset management company, where she served discerning private banking and trust customers for a period spanning over 17 years. Previously she worked as an investment advisor at a private bank in Zurich.
After a basic business education in the financial sector, Corinne Schaffert has received her diploma in Business Administration in 1998 from the "Höheren Fachschule für Wirtschaft (HFW)".

Prior to joining Forma Futura, Balthasar Bänninger worked at Roche Diagnostics Ltd. in the development of a molecular biology diagnostic test. He studied Biology at the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) and later did post-graduate studies in neuroscience.
After basic training as a biology lab assistant, Balthasar Bänninger graduated from the Cantonal Matura School for adults (KME) and worked in the medical analysis laboratory of Analytica Medical Laboratories AG.

For 15 years, Sandra Moser has been working with independent asset managers. Being an all-rounder, she worked in small teams performing a wide variety of tasks in various positions. She benefits from her rich experience in customer relationship management previously acquired in several banks in Zurich. Since February 2016, Sandra Moser supports the Private Clients team at Forma Futura.
Sandra Moser did her commercial apprenticeship with one of Switzerland’s largest banks. In 1998, she earned the diploma in Business Administration from the «Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft (HFW)» in Zurich.

Traveling is Marianne's passion; people are her inspiration. Although born and raised in Switzerland, she calls the world her home. For 14 years she lived abroad in China, India, Japan, the USA, England and Germany. Because of her varied cultural experiences and diverse career path, she has integrated a unique set of skills that she has gathered in the corporate world, the service industry, and in the role of teacher and counselor.
Marianne Niederer is a certified Kindergarten teacher, and has further education and experience in teaching children with specific learning disabilities, such as autism, dyslexia and ADHD. While working at the Swiss Stock Exchange her role included the education and support of commercial apprentices. A year-long management course complements her assisting and administrative roles held to C-Suite Officers.
Trained in various holistic modalities, an opportunity presented itself in 2010 to open her own practice, where she taught workshops and offered clinical hypnotherapy, EFT®, Cranio Sacral, and Feng Shui among other counselling services to her international clientele.
Recently having returned to Switzerland, Marianne Niederer rejoined the business world as of March 2016 with a position at Forma Futura.

Jürg Wildhaber joined Forma Futura Invest AG in July 2016. Previously, he worked for four years at Falcon Private Bank in Zurich, where he held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager. He was the lead manager of the Falcon Swiss Equity Fund and was also responsible for managing portfolios for private clients from all over the world.
Jürg Wildhaber started his career as a trainee with Raiffeisenbank Flums. Afterwards he successfully completed his full-time studies at the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen and then worked for five years as a portfolio manager at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich.
Jürg Wildhaber is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also holds a Bachelor of Science FHO in Business Administration.

Keeping cool in the heat of the action – that’s what I learned as a Swiss Stock Exchange floor trader during my bank apprenticeship years,» says Bettina Wälti. «Since then, practically nothing can rattle me.»
Bettina Wälti learned the banking business from square one, then proceeded to broaden and deepen her skillset at several private banks and asset management firms. After more than ten years of intensive development work in the position of Head IT & Projects at swisspartners Group, she took a time-out in early 2013 and spent several months traveling throughout Africa.
Upon her return, she completed a «Digital Communication» continuing education course and worked for two years as a consultant at an agency that serves Swiss SMEs and multinational companies.
Since September 2016, Bettina Wälti has been in charge of Process and Project Management at Forma Futura – or as she puts it: «My job is to make the work day easier for my colleagues so they can focus on what they do best - and that of course means what they do on behalf of our clients.»
Aside from her duties at Forma Futura, Bettina Wälti also commits a considerable amount of time to Himalaya’s Children Foundation as managing director, as well as providing marketing and online communication support to other non-profit organizations.

Alice Balmer has been working on the sustainability team at Forma Futura since April 2018. After her biology studies at the University of Zurich, where she specialized in ecology, she worked in the Department of Systematic and Evolutionary Botany. She focussed on the ecological and evolutionary aspects of plant-pollinator interactions and investigated the mechanisms and consequences of floral evolution. She is supplementing her scientific knowledge by working towards a Master of Advanced Studies qualification in environmental technology and management. And her understanding of the concept of sustainability is rounded off with a knowledge of social and economic factors. She successfully completed the Master’s coures in November 2018.

Nicolas Oechslin launched his professional career with an apprenticeship at Bank Vontobel AG. Then he started gathering work experience at Ernst & Young and two private banks in Switzerland.
After a stint spent learning English in Australia, Nicolas Oechslin started studying a part-time Business Administration course with an emphasis in Banking & Finance at the ZHAW in Winterthur. He is on track to graduate in Summer 2021.
Nicolas Oechslin has been working as a Portfolio Manager at Forma Futura Invest AG since August 2018.
